Oxygen Bundle
This is a customization for the Oxygen XML Editor that contains the Schopenhauersource XML-TEI schema and an XML Template file.
To install the bundle you must:
- Download it from here (version 3 stable)
- Unzip the downloaded file
- Read the included README.txt
- Copy the
ssTEI folder (which you will find inside the unzipped folder) into the Oxygen's frameworks folder, which is located under the Oxygen's root directory on your computer (depends on where you installed it).
- Open Oxygen then go to
Options menu > preferences > document type associations >
- Remove the checkmark from all the items except ssTEI
Then you can create a new transcription file by:
- Opening Oxygen
- menu
file > new .. > from templates > ssTEI
You can name the transcription file as you like (it will be renamed when uploaded on the platform), just avoid spaces and non-standard characters in the filename.
